Fits Polaris RZR Models including:
- RZR XP 1000 2014-2026
- RZR XP 4 1000 2014-2026
- RZR RS1 2018-2022
- Direct fit: No modification necessary. Rotors bolt to factory mounts. Non-directional design fits left or right side.
- Solid Surface Design: In contrast to drilled or slotted rotors that may inadvertently hold onto debris, the solid surface ensures that mud, sand, and other debris common on the trail are less likely to get trapped in the rotor and prematurely wear out your brakes.
- Ridge Profile Design: Ridge cutouts provide a pathway for hot gases and debris to escape during braking as well as a cleaning leading edge along a portion of the contact surface, preventing buildup that can compromise brake performance. Ridges along the outside profile allow the centrifugal force of the moving rotor to clear, not hold, debris that is common in off-road riding.
- Materials: Laser cut from high-quality, heat-treated, 420 stainless steel, Ridge Rider rotors resist warping, ensuring longevity and reliability even in the toughest off-road environments.
- Manufacturing: Finished with a non-directional, parallel diamond ground surface, Ridge Rider rotors have exceptional pedal feel in any conditions.
- 6-month warranty: We stand behind the quality of Ridge Rider rotors and offer a 6-month warranty to give you peace of mind and protection against any potential defects.

Different By Design - Ridge Rider Rotors
-
LESS ROOM FOR MUD & DEBRIS
Drilled rotors give mud, sand, and grit places to collect as the rotor passes through the pads. Ridge Rider rotors use a solid braking surface to reduce those collection points and maintain cleaner pad-to-rotor contact in the conditions ATVs and UTVs actually encounter.
-
CLEARS DEBRIS WITHOUT DRILLING THE BRAKING SURFACE
The Ridge profile isn't just for looks. Its leading edges help sweep the pad surface while openings around the outside of the rotor provide a path for heat, gases, and loose debris to escape without putting holes throughout the primary braking surface.
-
Materials & Finish
Ridge Rider rotors are laser cut from heat-treated 420 stainless steel and finished with a non-directional, parallel diamond-ground braking surface. The result is a durable, flat contact surface designed for consistent pad engagement and dependable braking in demanding off-road use.
Why Solid Rotors for Off-Road Riding?
Take a look at many factory ATV and UTV rotors and you'll see holes drilled throughout the braking surface. It's easy to assume that more holes automatically mean better cooling and better braking, but off-road riding presents a different problem: mud, sand, grit, and water are constantly being introduced between the brake pad and rotor.
Those holes can become collection points for abrasive debris as they repeatedly pass across the brake pad. Ridge Rider rotors take a different approach. A solid braking surface provides more continuous pad-to-rotor contact and fewer places for trail debris to become trapped, helping reduce unnecessary pad wear in dirty conditions.
That doesn't mean airflow and debris evacuation don't matter. It means we handle them differently.
The Ridge Profile Does the Work
Instead of drilling through the primary braking surface, Ridge Rider rotors use their distinctive outside profile to help manage the things you don't want between the pad and rotor.
The ridge cutouts create leading edges that help clean the pad surface as the rotor turns, while providing pathways for loose debris, heat, and gases to escape. Because those features are concentrated around the rotor profile rather than holes throughout the braking surface, the pad maintains contact with a largely solid surface.
It's a design built around the conditions ATVs and UTVs actually see — dirt, mud, sand, water, and repeated trail use.
420 Stainless Steel, Finished for Consistent Braking
Rotor design only works if the material and braking surface are up to the job. Ridge Rider rotors are laser cut from heat-treated 420 stainless steel for strength, durability, and resistance to warping under repeated use.
The braking surfaces are finished with a non-directional, parallel diamond-ground finish to provide consistent contact with the brake pads from installation onward. Combined with the solid surface and Ridge profile, it's a straightforward rotor design built specifically around dependable off-road braking.
Built for the Trail, Not Just to Look the Part
There are plenty of aggressive-looking brake rotors. Ridge Rider rotors aren't designed around adding holes, slots, or shapes simply to make an ATV or UTV rotor look more like a high-performance automotive rotor.
Every major design choice has a job: a solid braking surface to limit debris collection, a Ridge profile to help clear contaminants, heat-treated 420 stainless steel for durability, and a diamond-ground finish for consistent pad contact.
The result is a direct-fit off-road rotor built to work with the conditions your machine actually encounters.
