We ship orders using USPS, UPS, and DHL. The carrier and service level used may vary based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Destinations

• United States (& US Territories)
• Canada

Free Shipping (U.S. Orders)

All U.S. orders ship free using one of the following services:

• UPS Ground
• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail

The specific service is selected at our discretion based on speed and efficiency.

If you need a specific shipping method, additional options from USPS and UPS are available at checkout. Any paid shipping rates shown are passed through directly from the carrier, including any discounts we receive—no markup.

Canada & International Shipping

We ship to Canada using USPS, UPS, or DHL. Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and carrier availability. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Cutoff Time

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
