Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Starting a Return
Please contact us with your order number to request a return. You can access your order history by logging into your account at traild.com/account.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Need Help or Have a Non-Standard Return?
If you’re dealing with a fitment question, a warranty concern, a damaged item, or anything that isn’t straightforward, we’re happy to help. Just contact us at service@traild.com and we’ll work through it with you.

Return Shipping
If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Traild will cover return shipping.

For returns where the item is no longer needed or was ordered incorrectly, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or card issuer.
